Join KTO as the Responsible Gambling Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring our online gambling platform operates in a socially responsible manner. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing responsible gambling policies and procedures to safeguard our players and promote healthy gaming behaviors. This role requires a deep understanding of gambling addiction, indicators of problem gambling, regulatory compliance, and best practices in responsible gambling.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement responsible gambling policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Monitor player activity and identify potential signs of problem gambling behavior.
• Lead an operational team responsible for implementing responsible gambling policies and procedures, ensuring a safe environment for our players.
• Provide training and support to customer service representatives and other relevant staff members on responsible gambling practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to integrate responsible gambling features and messaging into our online platform.
• Establish partnerships with external organizations, such as gambling addiction support groups, to provide resources and assistance to players in need.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of our responsible gambling programs to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
• Stay informed about developments in responsible gambling research, legislation, and technology, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and participate in audits and inspections as required.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Proven experience in a similar role within the online gambling industry or related field, with a strong understanding of responsible gambling principles and practices.
• Knowledge of Brazilian gambling regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
