How You’ll Make An Impact

• Development of Purchasing Strategies: Create and implement purchasing strategies that meet the company’s needs, optimize costs, and ensure the quality of acquired products and services.
• Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring advantageous conditions and long-lasting partnerships.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, promoting effective and collaborative communication.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, identify improvement opportunities, and anticipate future purchasing needs.
• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop the purchasing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Budget Control: Manage the purchasing budget, ensuring compliance with the company’s financial goals.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all acquired products and services meet quality standards and are delivered within established deadlines.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Implement innovative practices and continuously seek improvements in purchasing and supply chain processes.
• Compliance and Ethics: Ensure that all purchasing activities comply with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining high standards of ethics and integrity.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, Engineering or Science Economy
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Experience in Supply Chain
• Background in O&G companies
• Travel availability (20% of the time)
