岗位职责：

-善于发掘本地资源，了解MCN机构内容制作以及流程。

-领导负责MCN业务的商业化，主导商业化产品与路径的规划，参与落地实施；研究行业发展和竞品企业的学习，推动业务和玩法的创新；为收入增长和关键指标负责

–对核心数据进行监测，对业务发展进行分析、评估、复盘及改进。  

-作为内容创作者，计划脚本，找到最流行的“#”，并与外部执行团队合作，根据当前最流行的内容进行创作。

-了解全球当前的社交媒体趋势，并独立或与外部资源合作制作视频，愿意海外常驻。

-为整体市场战略制定营销策略、结构规划、内容规划。按照总部要求完成各种创意内容的制作，从0-1开始跟进项目，并监督各阶段按照进度、质量和数量完成。

-协调和监督执行团队的进度，控制项目进度，使输出符合品牌风格和当地文化。

-流利的普通话和葡语/西语，能够满足日常的听说要求。

岗位要求：

1、大专及以上学历，4年及以上红人管理或MCN机构运营管理工作经验，具备达人账号从0-1的孵化经验。

2、助力红人或达人的社交账号在各个平台获取流量并实现商业价值；

3、在经营管理中能高效工作并能解决问题、实现项目发展的最优解；

4、对市场有较强的敏锐度和市场分析能力，判断能力，洞察直播行情，了解网红经济动向。

We are Infinix Mobility Limited, originated in Africa and now expanding globally. Young, Stylish & Technology is looking for a Social Media Content Manager for the Latin market. The job involves creating MCN-style TikTok videos (including content planning, backend data analysis, creative product videos, post-production guidance, etc.). Additionally, you will develop high-quality local suppliers to collaborate with the headquarters. Job Responsibilities:

· Discover local resources and understand the content creation and processes of MCN organizations.

· Lead the commercialization of MCN business, plan and implement commercial products and paths, study industry trends and competitor strategies, and drive business and innovation. Responsible for revenue growth and key performance indicators.

· Monitor core data, analyze, evaluate, review, and improve business development.

· As a content creator, plan scripts, identify trending hashtags, and collaborate with external execution teams to create content based on current popular trends.

· Understand global social media trends, and independently or collaboratively with external resources, create videos, with a willingness to be stationed overseas.

· Develop marketing strategies, structural planning, and content planning for the overall market strategy. Complete various creative content productions as required by the headquarters, follow projects from 0 to 1, and supervise each stage to ensure progress, quality, and quantity.

· Coordinate and supervise the progress of the execution team, control project timelines, and ensure outputs align with brand style and local culture.

· Fluent in Mandarin and Portuguese/Spanish, capable of meeting daily communication requirements.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate degree or above, with over 4 years of experience in influencer management or MCN operations, and experience in incubating influencer accounts from 0 to 1.

2. Help influencers or talents gain traffic on various platforms and realize commercial value.

3. Capable of efficient problem-solving in management and achieving optimal project development solutions.

4. Strong market sensitivity, market analysis and judgment capabilities, insights into live streaming trends, and understanding of the influencer economy.
