Now, as part of our continued growth, we are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join Resia Brasil. This role will play a key part in overseeing critical functions such as Accounts Payable and Payroll, supporting Resia’s operations in the U.S. while working from Brazil.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Accounts Payable Management

  • Supervise the processing of approximately 1,000 invoices per month, ensuring correct classification and recording in SAP and Coupa.
  • Coordinate the application of accounting criteria such as SoftCost, HardCost, and G&A.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies while resolving integration issues between systems.

Payroll Management

  • Oversee payroll calculations, including mandatory deductions, overtime, and benefits, using the ADP system.
  • Validate tax and labor reports, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Ensure proper alignment with corporate payroll policies.

Standardization and Continuous Improvement

  • Review workflows to identify opportunities for improvement in SSC processes.
  • Implement market best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical and strategic support to the team and internal stakeholders.

Team Leadership

  • Coordinate the team in the Accounts Payable area and support analysts in the Payroll area.
  • Foster continuous team development, enhancing both technical and behavioral skills.

Strategic and Operational Support

  • Generate and present management reports with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Act as an escalation point for resolving complex issues.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and processes in Accounts Payable and Payroll.
  • Advanced English – Fluent conversation is essential to collaborate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
  • Preferred knowledge of SAP, Coupa, and ADP.
  • Analytical, proactive, quality-focused, and results-driven profile.
