Main responsibilities

• Lead and prepare activities related to the annual budget and quarterly reviews, also supporting the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow analysis.
• Coordinating resources and preparing metrics to monitor financial results (Financial Governance).
• Participating in and/or coordinating projects to improve results.
• Coordinating and presenting monthly financial closing results.
• Leading a cross-functional team.
• Business partner for local and global areas, influencing decision-making, as well as short- and long-term planning and strategic business studies.
• Act independently to generate added value for the business, recommending changes and replacing the Controller in specific hearings and business decisions.
• Act as collaborator, guardian and owner of compliance policies, also aligned with the WWP.
• Work as part of a team to optimize internal processes and tools and collaborate in the development and transfer of knowledge to other members of the team and the organization.

Qualifications:

Requirements

• Major in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Engineering.
• Advanced Excel and Power Point skills.
• Broad view of Finance – Strong analytical skills with knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
• Fluent in English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of motivation, strong analytical skills, creativity and proven leadership skills complete the profile.
