Gerente Regional de Vendas (Canal Indireto) – São Paulo

O Gerente Regional é responsável pela gestão do canal indireto da regional, definindo e implementando um modelo de distribuição rentável e eficiente que garanta um ótimo serviço ao cliente, bem como o desenvolvimento contínuo da marca, visibilidade e volume. Para que isso aconteça, precisa liderar, treinar, engajar e motivar uma equipe de coordenadores de vendas.

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

Area Objectives

Achieves the targets of volume and distribution for his/her area. Ensures the correct implementation of the planned actions in the annual Business Plan. Maintains the correct stock levels in the corresponding distribution area.

Strategy and Planning

Definition of a long-term distribution model for the area. Performs the annual investing and sales estimate for each Distributor.

Sales Management and Team Leadership

Is responsible of creating and developing a strong commercial relationship with the Distributors based on a win-win focus. Encourages the Distribution Partner Managers to define ad hoc action plans for the distributors in order to ensure the long-term development of the brand. Leads the Distributor’s Task Forces by focusing on their strengths in order to maximize their performance and potential.

Analysis

Analyzes all variables that can affect the development of the brand in the area of responsibility and defines action plans to manage deviations.

Administration

Is responsible for the correct management of the budget and for the control and replacement of the free goods in the area. Gathers in a periodical the necessary information from the Distributor’s (stocks, global sales, agreed consumptions…) and shares it internally with the people who may be affected. Reports periodically about evolution of the Distribution’s objectives.

• Bachelor Degree
• Previous experience in commercial area (dealing with distributors)
• People management experience
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
• Strong communicator and motivator
• Excellent negotiator and influencer
• Advanced English
