City Manager (Gerente Operacional) – Fortaleza

We are looking for a highly dynamic, hands-on City Manager for Fortaleza, Brazil, who is passionate about micro-mobility and eager to grow with our company. This is a unique opportunity to take part in building our operations in Fortaleza from scratch and making a significant impact on the future of urban mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, including fleet management, maintenance, and logistics
• Manage the service center, including repair, maintenance, and charging of electric scooters
• Recruit and train personnel for the service center, including drivers, mechanics, and coordinators
• Ensure operational efficiency and productivity by implementing and improving processes
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve targets
• Coordinate with authorities, administration, and police to resolve any operational issues
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage spare parts inventory

Requirements

• Fluent English
• Proven experience in logistics or operations management
• Strong multitasking skills, hands-on experience and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Experience in managing service centers is a plus
• Knowledge of the B2C market and customer service best practices
